QUALITY TESTING LABORATORY

BBIB Singosari's Quality Testing Laboratory is an independent and professional institution for producing valid testing data quality, capable of meeting customer needs and expectations by:

  1. Understanding, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2021 and continually improving its effectiveness.
  2. Continuous improvement.
  3. Conducting laboratory activities in an impartial, structured, and managed manner to maintain impartiality.
  4. Conducting laboratory activities by applying occupational health and safety during sample collection and testing and supporting environmental management in accordance with legal regulations.

All personnel involved understand quality documents, apply policies and procedures, and are aware of the relevance and importance of activities as contributions to achieving the management system's objectives.
