BBIB Singosari has the following functions:

1. Development of programs, evaluations, and reports
2. Implementation of production and technical advice for the production of superior livestock semen
3. Conduction of testing and quality monitoring of superior livestock
4. Implementation of artificial insemination development and production methods
5. Maintenance of superior livestock sire
6. Provision of health care to superior livestock sire
7. Supervision and provision of feed for superior livestock sire
8. Conduction of progeny testing and improvement of genetic quality of superior livestock sire
9. Cooperation and optimization of resource utilization
10. Storage, distribution, and marketing of production results
11. Management of production facilities and infrastructure
12. Management of information and promotion of production results
13. Handling of personnel, financial, administrative, property management, and installation affairs

The General Affairs Division is responsible for preparing programs, evaluations, and reports, financial management, administrative affairs, personnel, housekeeping, and equipment.

Functions of the General Affairs Division:

• Preparation of Programs, Evaluations, and Reports

• Preparation of budget implementation documents
• Implementation of revenue and expenditure management
• Implementation of cash management
• Implementation of accounting matters
• Implementation of financial management information systems
• Implementation of administrative and personnel affairs
• Implementation of housekeeping, equipment, production facilities, and infrastructure affairs

The Technical Services Department is responsible for providing technical services for livestock maintenance and genetic improvement, production of superior livestock semen, and development of artificial insemination.

Functions of the Technical Services Department:

• Provision of technical services for livestock maintenance
• Provision of technical services for health care of superior livestock sire
• Provision of technical services for supervision and provision of feed for superior livestock sire
• Provision of technical services for genetic improvement of livestock
• Provision of technical services for the production of superior livestock semen
• Provision of technical services for the development of artificial insemination

The Marketing and Information Division is responsible for cooperation and optimization of resource utilization, storage and distribution of production results, and management of information and promotion of production results.

Functions of the Marketing and Information Division:

• Preparation of cooperation and optimization of resource utilization
• Implementation of storage and distribution of production results
• Implementation of information and promotion of production results
• Implementation of recording and documentation of production results
• Provision of after-sales services
