International Business Management Workshop, Revolutionary Momentum in Global Development.

On Monday, September 11, 2023, the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health of the Ministry of Agriculture, through the Singosari Artificial Insemination Center, welcomed 12 training participants from 6 member countries of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). From September 10th to September 16th, 2023, international training participants will take part in a training event with the theme "WORKSHOP ON ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION MANAGEMENT FOR IsDB MEMBER COUNTRIES."
This event was officially opened at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia headquarters. The opening ceremony was attended by various invited guests and Ambassadors from friendly countries who are participating in this training. The training is attended by 12 participants from Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Nigeria, Palestine, Qatar, and Bahrain.
Nasrullah, the Director General of Livestock and Animal Health, during the opening of the training, said, "IsDB can develop and expand cooperation like this in the future. The intelligence of society is supported by the fulfillment of protein needs from animals, so it is expected that everyone present can improve the genetic quality of livestock as a source of protein in their respective countries. Natural mating has not been able to accelerate population growth, so IB technology is needed to speed up livestock population growth. With IB technology, we ensure population and productivity growth. Therefore, it is very important to train human resources to be more proficient in accelerating population growth through IB optimization. IsDB has rightly cooperated with BBIB Singosari as a competent and nationally and internationally accomplished UPT."
Representing IsDB, Ali Fallahi stated, "We hope that this training can stimulate the growth of the livestock sector for IsDB member countries and enhance cooperation among IsDB member countries."
Maria Renata Hutagalung, Director of International Cooperation and Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said during the opening ceremony, "This training marks a revolutionary turning point in global development. Through this training, potential areas for future cooperation can be identified."
"The aim of this training is to share Indonesia's experience with Artificial Insemination. We hope that participants can formulate action plans to address livestock challenges in their respective countries. We hope participants have a pleasant experience during their time in Indonesia," said Akbar, Head of BBIB Singosari.
At the same time, Hendra W. Prabandani from Bappenas stated, "BBIB Singosari is one of our outstanding institutions in the field of livestock. Enjoy the training, enjoy Indonesia in Jakarta and Malang."
For the next week, training participants will learn about livestock development by conducting direct studies at BBIB Singosari, advanced livestock farms, and campuses. This series of activities is crucial for participants to gain comprehensive knowledge and insights to use as references when they return to their respective countries.
This training is held to promote the development of the livestock sector, especially for member countries of the Islamic Development Bank. IsDB is committed to developing sustainable agriculture, including livestock development through artificial insemination. With their experience and expertise, BBIB Singosari is entrusted as the expertise provider during the event.
The implementation of this training is a concrete manifestation of Indonesia's commitment to supporting livestock development, especially to strengthen south-south triangular cooperation.
