Minister of Agriculture Regulation No: 40/Permentan/OT.140/6/2012 regarding the Organization and Work Procedure of the Singosari Artificial Insemination Center.
2010
BBIB Singosari was designated as a PK-BLU based on the Minister of Finance Decree No: 54/KMK.05/2010, dated February 5, 2010
2004
Its status was elevated to the Singosari Artificial Insemination Center through the Minister of Agriculture Decree No. 681/Kpts/OT.140/11/2004, dated November 25, 2004.
1996
Designated as the Center for Artificial Insemination Training through the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry Decree No. 52/OT.210/Kpts/0896, dated August 29, 1996. Although training had actually begun in 1987.
1988
Its status was elevated to the Singosari Artificial Insemination Center through the Minister of Agriculture Decree No. 193/Kpts/OT.212/2/1988, dated February 29, 1988.
1986
Collaborated with the government of Japan in the Singosari AI Center development project (The Strengthening of Singosari AI Centre – ATA 233) through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The Progeny Test Program was developed from that time.
1984
Designated as a Branch of the Singosari Artificial Insemination Center by the Director General of Animal Husbandry.
1982
Relocation from Wonocolo to Singosari, Malang
1978
The Central Government took over the management of the laboratory and designated it as a Branch of the Wonocolo Artificial Insemination Center through the Minister of Agriculture Decree No. 314/Kpts/Org/5/1978, dated May 25, 1978
1976
The East Java Provincial Government collaborated with the Belgian Government (AB 05 and ATA 73) to establish a frozen semen laboratory in Wonocolo, Surabaya
